Standard Size Chart (Inches)

1. Our size chart reflects body net measurements, NOT dress measurements. 
2. By standard size, extra 2 inches (ca.5 cm) will be added to dress length (based on Shoulder to Floor) to allow for shoes.
3. Some puffy dresses will add the petticoat allowance accordingly.

Tailoring Time

Every single wedding dress made at ArabianLabel, whether standard size or custom fit, is made to order. This is done to provide our customers with as many options for our products as possible and to accommodate certain special requests. If you have any requests, be sure to contact us to see if your request is possible.

Since every dress is made to order, tailoring time needs to be figured into the waiting time between ordering and receiving your wedding dress. Depending on the style of the dress, the tailoring time could be anywhere from 30 days for a basic dress to 45 days for our most ornate wedding gown. Simply check the product description of the dress you're interested in for the specifics, and keep in mind that we provide rush order service for all products.

Rush Order Service

We understand that some brides might not have enough lead time to their wedding date, hence we do provide a rush order service for certain wedding dresses for a fee. If you would like to request a rush order, we strongly recommend you to contact us before placing your order to make sure that the dress you want is eligible for the rush order service. If you need the dress before a particular date, please kindly specify it in the order note area when checking out.

Shipping Method

For UAE and the Gulf region, we use SMSA. For international shipping, we use partners such as DHL, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, etc to ensure appropriate shipping methods and timely deliveries. The shipping partner we use differs from country to country and you will be sent an email with your tracking number as soon as your order shipping has been processed.

Customs & Import Taxes

If your delivery address is within the UAE, you will be paying the regular 5% VAT on checkout.

Other than UAE, all product prices on arabianlabel.com are listed without custom duties, sales taxes, VAT or any other hidden fees. For all international customers with delivery addresses outside of the UAE, you will most probably need to pay taxes or duties on imported goods, depending on your countries tax regulation. Unfortunately, the rules differ in every country, and there is no way for us to know their customs, practices, systems, or laws. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the total amount might be.

Customers are responsible for paying additional charges for taxes or customs clearance. When you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you will have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s).

Please find out as much as you can about the import taxes in your own country before completing your order.

Order Tracking

After a commodity has been shipped, we will send the "logistics waybill number" to your mailbox. You may also log in to "My Order" to check the logistics waybill number, and enquire about the distribution progress based on this number.

Arabian Label Couture offers customizations on all wedding dresses displayed on the site. Customizations are limited to only wedding dresses. Whether you want to change an upper part style, add sleeves, extend the length of the train, etc we can accommodate it. The extra fee will depend on the amount of customization to be done.
